Isabella represents TAC well at NWAGS! |
03/22/10
Gold Squad
member, Isabella Rhodes, represented TAC with
phenomenal swims this past weekend in Federal Way,
Washington at the 2010 Northwest Section Age Group
Championships! Dropping huge chunks of time in
her races and SMASHING the Snake River Swimming
Record in the 200 IM by almost 2 full seconds with a
time of 2:36.20!
Way to go Isabella and Coach
Melanie - our hard work is paying off!

Due
to the upcoming meet in Texas for the Senior
Performance Squad, the practice schedule for all 13
and overs will be as follows:
Monday -
03/01/10 - 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Tuesday -
03/02/10 - 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Wednesday -
03/03/10 - NO PRACTICE
Thursday - 03/04/10 - 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Friday - 03/05/10 - NO
PRACTICE
Saturday - 03/06/10 -
6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
Gold, Silver, Bronze
and Olympic Way Squads will follow their normal
practice schedule!
